Exercises for Corrective Care Phase

Congratulations, YOU have progressed!

Purpose:  To achieve the most complete correction of the underlying problem as possible.

Beginner Strengthening Exercises- These exercises should be done in addition to the tightest muscle groups involving the Acute Phase Relief stretches.

Specific Postural Exercises:

(See “Postural Exercises” section)

The doctor will be prescribing specific postural exercises for you in addition to the ones below. Click here to view our postural exercises. They are “imbalanced” to correct your postural distortions while strengthening the nerves to your organs.

Perform each exercise five times and perform the series at least twice per day.

TIPS:  Do the exercises slow and smooth.

Don’t hold your breath.

-Back Strengthening: Arm Lifts

-Back Strengthening: Leg Extensions Middle Back Strengthening with a Therapy Band (or corner exercise)

      

Hip

-Pelvic Bridge

-Side lying Bridge

-Pelvic tilts

-Hip Adduction strengthening with a therapy band

-Hip abduction strengthening with a therapy band
