Please be sure to focus on the video exercises that will benefit you most. It is ideal to perform all the exercises from phase 1-4 for best results

The doctor will be prescribing specific postural exercises for you in addition to the ones below. Click here to view our postural exercises. They are “imbalanced” to correct your postural distortions while strengthening the nerves to your organs.
Perform each exercise five times and perform the series at least twice per day.
TIPS: Do the exercises slow and smooth. Don’t hold your breath
Additional recommended home care shall include home neck traction, 20+ minutes of daily cardiovascular exercise, balanced nutrition, and continued attendance of advanced workshops. Success in this phase can prevent illness and regain youth, energy, and vitality.
