Exercises for Wellness Care Phase
Purpose: To maintain the maximum possible level of good health.
Continued Advanced Strengthening Exercises- These exercises should be done in addition to the tightest muscle groups involving the Stabilization Phase stretches.
Congratulations! You are now able to do and perform ALL “video exercises"
Please be sure to focus on the video exercises that will benefit you most. It is ideal to perform all the exercises from phase 1-4 for best results.
Specific Postural Exercises:
The doctor will be prescribing specific postural exercises for you in addition to the ones below. They are “imbalanced” to correct your postural distortions while strengthening the nerves to your organs.
Perform each exercise five times and perform the series at least twice per day.
TIPS: Do the exercises slow and smooth. Don’t hold your breath
Additional recommended home care shall include home neck traction, 20+ minutes of daily cardiovascular exercise, balanced nutrition, and continued attendance of advanced workshops. Success in this phase can prevent illness and regain youth, energy, and vitality.
